This website is operated by Emma Lab Global Services Ltd.(“Emma Lab”, “we”, “us”), a medical diagnostic laboratory and imaging centre registered with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) and the Oyo State Ministry of Health. We operate from:

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We provide laboratory testing (clinical biochemistry, haematology and blood banking and related tests), imaging (X-ray and ultrasound) and electrocardiography (ECG), sold individually or as discounted wellness and screening bundles. Test descriptions on this website are a guide; the tests included in each bundle are listed on its page.
3. Orders and payment
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any applicable charges shown at checkout. Prices may change, but you pay the price shown when you place your order.
- Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your full card details.
- Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. You will see an order reference and receive a confirmation email.
- You must provide accurate contact details so we can reach you and deliver your results.
4. Using your booking
- Paid bookings do not expire. You can walk in to either branch during opening hours or book an appointment in advance.
- Bring your order reference (or the email used at checkout) and a valid ID.
- Some tests need preparation, such as fasting. We will tell you about any preparation; if it isn’t followed, we may need to reschedule or recollect your sample.
- Tests for a person under 18 must be booked and attended with a parent or guardian.
5. Results
Most results are ready within 24 hours; some specialised tests take longer, and we will tell you if so. Results are delivered by email, WhatsApp or as a hard copy collected at the branch, as you choose. We only release results to you, or to someone you have authorised.
6. Medical advice
Our tests support diagnosis but are not a diagnosis on their own, and the information on this website is not medical advice. Please discuss your results with a qualified doctor. If you have a medical emergency, go to the nearest hospital immediately.
7. Cancellations and refunds
You can request a refund for tests you have paid for but not yet had carried out. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Corporate and HMO clients
Services provided to companies and HMOs may also be covered by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
9. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
10. Our responsibility to you
We carry out every test with reasonable care and skill, following professional laboratory standards. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
11. Use of the website
Website content, including text, images and logos, belongs to Emma Lab or its licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use, or misuse the website (for example, by trying to break its security).
12. Privacy
How we handle your personal and health information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Oyo State, although we will always try to resolve concerns with you directly first.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to orders placed from that date.
